PFAS/PFOS/F-Gases

PFAS/PFOS and F-gases are a group of man-made chemicals that have been used in a variety of products for decades. They are known to be persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT), meaning they can stay in the environment for long periods of time and build up in the bodies of living organisms. Exposure to PFAS/PFOS and F-gases has been linked to a number of health problems, including cancer, liver damage, thyroid problems, immune system suppression, birth defects, developmental problems, reproductive problems, and neurological problems.
